Englewood is located at the southwest corner of and contiguous to Denver, with a population of about 32,000. Good commutes to both Downtown and DTC. The light rail is a particular convenience for downtown commuters.

The small and older city of Englewood is not easy to separate from its neighbor Denver. You will see the “Englewood” address in areas that are far outside the borders as unincorporated areas derive their addresses from the post office processing the mail. The city is in the process of some significant redevelopment and benefits from being on the increasingly popular light rail line that runs along the west side of Denver and through Englewood.

Housing stock is primarily older. Some period type homes that have been acquired and renovated. Pricing varies, but is generally affordable, but prices have risen due to light rail access and proximity to Denver.
